【摘要】 现代社会需要具有工程伦理素养和管理能力的新工科工程专业人才。本文介绍了在国家工程教育认证背景下,北京工业大学材料类专业的培养目标,以"资源节约和环境友好"为特色的课程体系,以及在专业课程中阶梯式的工程伦理教育,以培养学生的工程伦理意识、工程伦理规范认知以及工程决策能力。从新生研讨课、学科基础必修、专业选修理论与实践课程、毕业设计,四年不断线的阶梯式连续工程伦理教育,充分挖掘课程思政元素,将"材料、资源、环境协调发展"理念贯穿于整个培养过程,对培养学生的"意识和责任"起到重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Modern society needs new engineering professionals with engineering ethics and management capabilities.This article introduces the training objectives of the materials major of Beijing University of Technology under the background of national engineering education certification,the curriculum system featuring "resource saving and environmental friendliness",and the stepped engineering ethics education in professional courses to train students’ engineering ethics awareness,engineering ethics norm recognition and engineering decision-making ability.Four-year stepped continuous engineering ethics education through freshman seminars,subject basic compulsory courses,professional elective theoretical and practical courses and graduation design fully excavates the ideological and political elements of the curriculum,and integrate the concept of "coordinated development of materials,resources and environment" into the training process,and plays an important role in cultivating students’ "awareness and responsibility".更多还原
