【摘要】 针对传统研究生培养过程出现的知识结构滞后、产业关联缺失、实践环节薄弱等问题,以太原理工大学仪器科学与技术学科研究生培养模式为例,提出了创新为上服务地方经济、团队为主鼓励学科交叉、竞赛为辅历练科研技能、本科为基贯通本硕培养的培养模式改革思路,并指出了在研究生培养体系构建过程中需要明确研究生培养研究方向、构建研究生培养课程体系及规范研究生培养过程管理,为研究生培养模式改革提供了参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the problems such as the lag of knowledge structure, the lack of industrial connection and the weakness of practice, this paper takes the postgraduate training model of instrument science and technology of Taiyuan University of Technology as an example, and puts forward the reform ideas of the training model, including serving local economy with innovation as the first part, encouraging interdisciplinary study with team as the main part, training scientific research skills with competition as the auxiliary part, and connecting postgraduate education with undergraduate education by taking undergraduate education as the basis. This paper also points out that in the process of constructing the postgraduate training system, it is necessary to define the research direction of postgraduate education, to construct the curriculum system of postgraduate education and to standardize the process management of postgraduate education, which provides a reference for the training model reform of postgraduate education.更多还原
