【Abstract】 In the spring of 2020, online teaching was an important measure to respond to the call of "suspension of classes without suspension of learning" of the Ministry of Education, and to ensure the effect of online teaching is an urgent problem to be solved. This paper analyzes the software and hardware environment and the characteristics of online teaching by analyzing the teaching data. Based on the platform of "Tencent Conference+Rain Classroom" and other process evaluation platforms, this paper constructs a new online teaching model of food professional courses, which provides a reference for the effective implementation of online teaching.更多还原
