【摘要】 该文利用文献资料法、访谈法等方法,针对高校教学现状进行了分析,结果发现,部分教师存在业务水平低、教学能力不足、知识范围不广泛、不能顺应时代的发展等问题;为了全面提高教师的教书育人水平,应当从教学管理、职称评定、教师培训、教师奖惩、导师制度、评教评学、教师工作量等方面入手,对教师的各方面能力进行提升;该研究可以为教师的终身发展、提高教书育人水平提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the teaching status of universities by the methods of literature and interview. The results show that some teachers have some problems, such as low professional level, insufficient teaching ability, limited knowledge range and unable to adapt to the development of the times etc. In order to improve teachers’ teaching and educating level in an all-round way, it is necessary to improve teachers’ abilities from the aspects of teaching management, professional title evaluation, teacher training, teacher rewards and punishments, tutor system, teaching and learning evaluation, teacher workload and other aspects.
