【摘要】 基于30多年的教学、科研和管理实践,笔者对成功、兴趣和教育这三个概念的基本内涵、性质或功能及其相互关系提出了个人见解,主要观点为:①成功可分为小成、中成和大成三个台阶;②兴趣可分为玩趣、用趣、乐趣和信趣四个层次;③教育是把"自然人"塑造为"社会人"的理论与实践活动;④教育的形式多种多样,教育的效果取决于受教育者的基态,以及教育的内容与形式,正确的教育有助于塑造积极的社会人;⑤自学能力是人生最重要的能力,是每个人开启成功大门的"金钥匙";⑥教育的主要功能应该是较早地塑造人的优秀品格并使其自学能力习得。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on over thirty years of teaching,scientific research and administrative practices,the author puts forward some personal views on the basic concepts,characters or functions of success,interest and education,as well as the relationship among the three terms.The main viewpoints were as follows: ①success could be classified into three steps:minor,moderate and great; ②interest could be graded into four levels:Interest only for Entertainment(IOE),Interest for Use(IU),Interest for a Sense of Gaining,Happiness or Glory(ISGHG),and Interest for Lofty Ideals and Spirit(ILIS);③education might actually be the theoretical and practical activities of shaping "a natural person" into "a social person"; ④there were various forms of education ways,and the effect of education would depend on the fundamental state of the educated,as well as contents and forms of education;⑤Self-study Ability(SSA) could be the most important one in life,and be everyone’s "golden key" for unlocking the door to success; ⑥the main function of education should be to build one’s excellent characters,especially to make him acquire self-study ability in his early ages.更多还原
