【摘要】 论文以长江大学地质学专业为例,具体阐述了地质学专业工程应用型人才培养模式的构建内容,即深化教学改革,注重培养学生的应用能力;以科研促进教学,注重培养学生的创新精神与实践能力;坚持开展产学研合作教育,注重学生工程意识的培养;全面推行导师制,保障工程应用型人才培养的效果。希望通过对该培养模式的不断实践与研究,培养一批创新能力强、社会发展需要的地质学专业工程应用型人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 This text takes the geology major of Yangtze University as an example,and expounds the construction content of the engineering application talent training model of geology specialty,which is to deepen the teaching reform and focus on cultivating students’ application ability;to promote teaching with scientific research and focus on cultivating students’ innovative spirit and practical ability;to adhere to the cooperation of production,education and research,and pay attention to the cultivation of students’ engineering awareness;to full implement the mentor system to ensure the effectiveness of engineering applied talent training.It is hoped that through the continuous practice and research of this training model,a group of geological professional engineering applied talents with strong innovation ability will be cultivated.更多还原
