【摘要】 为了训练学生实际岗位的基本操作技能,培养出从事生产管理、生产运行控制、安全管理、设备维护、分析检测等不同工作富有创新精神的高素质人才,江西理工大学矿物加工工程专业开展了基于"中试车间"的生产实习基地建设研究,通过编写新的生产实习讲义、探索新的教学方法、制作新的多媒体课件、建设指导教师队伍,为本专业的实践教学课程培养了一支实践经验丰富的教学团队,显著提高了学生的专业实践技能与团队协作素质。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to train the students’ basic operation skills in their actual posts and cultivate high-quality and skilled talents who are good at different work such as production management,production operation control,safety management,equipment maintenance,analysis and detection,etc.,the mineral processing engineering major of Jiangxi University of Science and Technology has carried out a research on the construction of production practice base based on the "pilot plant".By compiling new production practice handouts,exploring new teaching methods,making new multimedia courseware and building a team of guidance teachers,we have obtained an efficient teaching method of mineral processing production practice,cultivated a teaching team with rich practical experience for the practical teaching course of this major,and significantly improved students’ professional practical skills and team cooperation quality.更多还原
