【摘要】 探究中医院校大学生应对方式、情绪智力和人际的关系。采用简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)、情绪智力量表(WLEIS)和人际关系综合诊断量表对617名大学生进行调查。结果显示,应对方式、情绪智力与人际三者之间两两显著相关,情绪智力在应对方式与人际关系间起到部分中介作用。因此,要重视医学院校大学生积极应对方式和情绪智力的培养,从而提高大学生人际交往能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the relationship among coping styles,emotional intelligence and interpersonal relationships.Methods:611 university students were surveyed with Simplified Coping Styles Questionnaire(SCSQ),Emotional Intelligence Scale(WLEIS) and Interpersonal Relationship Diagnosis Scale.Results:(1)Coping styles,emotional intelligence and interpersonal relationships correlated significantly with each other.(2) Emotional intelligence plays a partial mediating role between coping styles and interpersonal relationships.Conclusion:We need to attach great importance to the cultivation of university students’ active coping styles and emotional intelligence,thus promoting their interpersonal skills.更多还原
