紫外吸收光谱测定蒽醌含量和摩尔吸收系数方法的改进
Improvement for Determination of Content and Molar Absorption Coefficient of Anthraquinone by Ultraviolet Absorption Spectrum
【摘要】 通过对紫外吸收光谱测定蒽醌含量和摩尔吸收系数方法的改进,使原来的有毒实验成为无毒实验,确定了一种可用于该实验新的绿色化学实验方法。改进后的实验不仅减少了环境污染,激发了大学生对分析化学实验的兴趣和爱好,还降低了实验成本和学生实验的风险,实验环保、绿色。改进后实验所测到的数据,无论精确度、重现性还是回收率都达到实验所允许的理论要求,结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 A new green chemistry experiment method is established through the improvement for determination of content and molar absorption coefficient of anthraquinone by ultraviolet absorption spectrum,which makes a toxic experiment become a non-toxic experiment.The improved experiment not only reduces the environmental pollution,stimulates the interest of university students in analytical chemistry experiment,but also reduces the cost of experiment and the risk of students’ experiment.The experiment is environmentally friendly and green.The obtained experimental data,regardless of accuracy,reproducibility or recovery rate,meet the theoretical requirements,and the results are satisfactory.
