以“学”为中心的集成电路专业教学课堂改革探索实践

【摘要】 在微电子科学与工程专业新工科建设中对"半导体集成电路原理"专业理论教学课堂改革开展研究,旨在培养具有创新实践能力的工程师。借鉴工信部国际名家讲堂的教学形式,提出将以"学"为中心的科研讨论融合到以教为主的理论课堂。在传统理论课堂教学活动插入三个阶段的考核:国际会议和期刊论文的研读阶段、特定主题电路设计的研讨阶段和EDA工具辅助项目设计的实践活动阶段。通过实践过程化考核教学模式,探索探究式课堂教学改革方法。学生在阶段性学习中不断提高,更积极主动参与小班学习项目,提升对教学内容的认知,锻炼了解决实际问题的能力。

【Abstract】 Under the background of the "emerging engineering" construction on microelectronics science and engineering, the major theoretical teaching classroom reform on Principles of Semiconductor Integrated Circuits is studied in order to cultivate engineers with innovative practice ability. Based on the teaching form of the international famous experts’ lectures organized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, it is proposed to integrate the scientific research discussion centered on "learning" into the theory classroom centered on teaching. Three learning stages are inserted into the traditional theory teaching process in classroom. They are the reading and research stage about international conference and journal papers, the discussion stage focusing on particular circuit design and the design practice stage using EDA tools. During practicing the course process assessment teaching model, the paper explores the inquiry teaching reform method in classroom. Students’ learning ability is continuous improved after each learning stage. Students actively participate in small class project learning, which enhances their cognition of teaching contents, and strengthens their ability of solving practical problems.
