【摘要】 如今我国对工匠精神的重视度越来越高,各大高校以及职业院校也开始关注于工匠精神的培养,不断地改进教学理念,帮助学生树立工匠精神。以高职院校为例,针对工匠精神的构成进行分析,指出工匠精神树立的途径,探究工匠精神的培养之路。高职院校要加强对教师队伍的建设,不断地进行教学改革,将工匠精神的培育与专业教学有机结合,从而切实提高人才培养质量。更多还原
