【摘要】 了解卓越医师实习环节医患沟通技能现状,并以此为依据制定提升策略。组织专家制定问卷调查表,对临床实习的卓越医师发放,以不记名方式进行问卷调查。临床实习环节的卓越医师能够认识到医患沟通的重要性,并认可开设医患沟通教程,但在临床实习过程中医患沟通理论教学形式单一,自身医患沟通技能方面也存在不足。实习环节的卓越医师医患沟通技能存在不足,需要大学、医院、个人等多方面共同努力,不断提升医患沟通技能。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the current situation of doctor-patient communication skills of outstanding doctors in clinical practice,and make the strategy improved.Experts were organized to develop an anonymous questionnaire,which was distributed to the outstanding doctors in clinical practice.Outstanding doctors in clinical practice could recognize the importance of doctor-patient communication and could approve the establishment of Doctor-patient Communication course.However,the teaching form of Doctor-patient Communication theory in clinical practice was solitary,and their own doctor-patient communication skills were also inadequate.The doctor-patient communication skills of outstanding doctors in clinical practice are not good enough.It requires the joint efforts of hospitals,teachers and individuals to continuously improve doctor-patient communication skills.更多还原
