无机非金属材料工程专业创新型人才培养的平台与抓手

【摘要】 传统产业的转型升级与新兴产业的快速发展对高校的人才培养提出了更高的要求,集中体现对高校毕业生创新能力的要求。该文论述了无机非金属材料工程专业面临的挑战、创新型人才的内涵以及创新型人才培养中平台和载体的分类、特点及其协同育人机制。分析了创新型人才培养中课堂教学和创新创业训练两个重要抓手。

【Abstract】 The transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and the rapid development of emerging industries have put forward higher requirements for talent training in universities, which are reflected in the requirements for the innovation ability of college graduates. This article discusses the challenges faced by the specialty of inorganic nonmetallic materials engineering, the connotation of innovative talents, the classification and characteristics of platforms and carriers in the cultivation of innovative talents, and the collaborative education mechanism. The two important starting points of classroom teaching and innovative entrepreneurship training in the training of innovative talents were analyzed.
