【Abstract】 The transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and the rapid development of emerging industries have put forward higher requirements for talent training in universities, which are reflected in the requirements for the innovation ability of college graduates. This article discusses the challenges faced by the specialty of inorganic nonmetallic materials engineering, the connotation of innovative talents, the classification and characteristics of platforms and carriers in the cultivation of innovative talents, and the collaborative education mechanism. The two important starting points of classroom teaching and innovative entrepreneurship training in the training of innovative talents were analyzed.更多还原
