【Abstract】 The article believes that the headteachers of a university are the most direct managers and guides for college students. Facing the rapid changes in the ideological dynamics and values of college students in the new era, how to correctly guide their concepts and value orientations and make them useful to the society is a major issue for headteachers to consider.
