校地合作的教育顶岗实习新模式

【摘要】 教育实习是师范专业学生毕业前、步入教师职业岗位前必须经历的重要实践教学环节,是将本科阶段所学习的师范专业相关知识技能在实际教学环境中学以致用的重要活动,是师范专业人才培养成效的试金石。针对以往教育实习时间短、学生师范技能训练效果不明显、高校和实习学校负担重、缺乏社会效应等突出问题,文章探索了教育服务外包的顶岗实习新模式。通过实施顶岗实习新模式,师范类学生教育实习的成效得到了明显提升,实现了高校、实习学校、实习生三方共赢,取得了良好的社会效应。

【Abstract】 Educational practice is an important practical teaching link that normal college students must experience before graduation and entering the professional post of teachers. It is an important activity to apply the relevant knowledge and skills of normal major learned in the undergraduate stage in the actual teaching environment, and also a touchstone for the cultivation effect of normal college talents. In view of the outstanding problems such as short time of educational practice, no obvious effect of students’ normal skill training, and lack of social effect, this paper explores and practices a new model of post practice of educational service outsourcing. Through the implementation of the new model of post practice, the effect of normal college students’ educational practice has been significantly improved, achieving a win-win situation among colleges, practice schools and interns, and good social effects as well.
