PLC实验教学三部曲
Three Steps of PLC Experimental Teaching
【摘要】 该文分析论证了PLC实验教学三部曲:学生基于模块化的实验设备进行连线和编程,对PLC快速入门;建立一个完整的PLC控制系统,增加学生设计和制作PLC系统的工程意识;最后通过电梯仿真实验设备使学生对PLC的编程有突破性的掌握。实践证明,经过这三个步骤的锤炼,学生不仅会对PLC控制系统有一个全面认识,而且能较好地掌握其编程方法。
【Abstract】 This article analyzes and demonstrates the three steps of PLC experimental teaching.Based on modular experimental equipment,students can quickly get a rudimentary grasp of PLC by connecting circuit and programming.Then they can analyze a complete PLC control system,which helps increase their engineering consciousness of designing and making PLC system.Finally,students can have a breakthrough grasp of PLC programming by elevator simulation experimental equipment.Practice has proved that with the three steps of learning,students will not only have a comprehensive understanding of the PLC control system,but also have a better grasp of its programming methods.
