【摘要】 新工科建设是一项长期而又艰巨的任务,机遇与挑战并存,在目前新工科建设过程中,人才培养模式得到了广泛关注。提高研究生科研创新能力是人才培养的一个重要目标。基于此,文章分析了新工科背景下高校研究生科研创新现状,并提出了营造科研创新氛围、完善科研创新的考核与激励机制、加强团队建设和学科交叉融合力度、加强学术交流等提升研究生创新能力的行之有效的具体策略。文章研究有助于推动我国高校研究生创新能力,促进我国新工科建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Emerging Engineering Education construction is a long and arduous task,opportunities and challenges coexist,in the current Emerging Engineering Education construction process,talent training model has been widely concerned.Improving the research innovation ability of postgraduate is an important goal of talent training.Based on this,this paper analyzes the current situation of scientific research innovation in colleges and universities under the background of Emerging Engineering Education,and puts forward some effective strategies to create scientific research innovation atmosphere,perfect the examination and incentive mechanism of scientific research innovation,strengthen team building and interdisciplinary integration,strengthen academic exchange and so on.This research is helpful to promote the innovation ability of university postgraduate in China.
