【摘要】 为了适应社会经济发展的需要,加强当代医学生的科研素质教育与创新能力的培养,是当今国际高等医学教育发展的新趋势。探索建立医学本科生的创新型人才培养模式,已成为亟待解决的教学课题。文章通过分析目前医学人才培养模式的现状,提出完善本科培养方案,改革教学方法,拓展创新性实验,建设创新性教师队伍,加强制度和科研平台建设等措施以加强医学本科生创新能力的培养,针对存在的问题提出建议,为医学本科生创新型人才的培养提供参考思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 To meet the needs of social and economic development,it is a new trend for the development of international higher medical education to strengthen the scientific research quality education and the cultivation of innovation ability of contemporary medical students.Exploring and establishing an innovative talent cultivating model for medical undergraduates has become an urgent teaching issue.By analyzing the current status of the medical talent cultivating model,we propose to improve the undergraduate cultivating program,reform teaching methods,expand innovative experiments,build innovative teacher’s group,strengthen the construction of system and scientific research platform to strengthen the cultivation of medical students’ innovative ability.In view of the existing problems,we put forward suggestions on how to solve these problems,which provide reference ideas for the cultivation of innovative talents for medical undergraduates.更多还原
