【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the employment situation of physics graduates of Luoyang Normal University from2016 to 2018.The results show that:Taking the graduates in 2018 as an example,33.7% of them took postgraduate entrance examination,36.0% worked in secondary education schools and 26.7% worked in enterprises.As far as the physics major is concerned,from the perspective of students’ employment,This paper puts forward the revised principle of talent training scheme and establishes the model of shunt training.更多还原
