【摘要】 教学质量监控为确保正常教学秩序、提高专业教学水平提供了有力保障。文章以湖南吉首大学通信工程专业为例,就专业教学质量监控的目的、监控组织机构职能、监控范围进行了阐述。在实际的教学过程中,吉首大学通信工程专业除常规教学质量监控外,还进一步采用教学质量反馈和改进机制,不断完善教学质量监控体系。通过教学质量监控体系的构建和改革,吉首大学通信工程专业在教师队伍建设、学科人才培养方面取得丰硕成果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Teaching quality control provides a powerful guarantee for ensuring normal teaching order and improving professional teaching level.Taking the communication engineering major of Jishou University in Hunan province as an example,this paper expounds the purpose,function and scope of the professional teaching quality monitoring.In addition to the regular teaching quality monitoring,in the actual teaching process,the communication engineering major of Jishou University adopts the feedback and improvement mechanism of teaching quality to improve the teaching quality monitoring system.After the construction and reform of teaching quality monitoring system,the communication engineering major of Jishou University has achieved fruitful results in the teachers team construction and the discipline talents training.更多还原
