【Abstract】 Taking the advantage of "Emerging Engineering Education",in order to help subject electives develop a larger impact on cultivating qualified talents in bioengineering,this article explores the teaching reform of the course "Organic Acid Technology" in the aspects of teaching objective,teaching contents and teaching methods.This exploration hopes to meet the requirements of higher education to cultivate application-oriented talents that are adapted to the trend of the times and meet the needs of national and social development.更多还原
