【摘要】 目的探讨经皮椎间孔镜配合骶管注射治疗多节段腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法选取沈阳市骨科医院自2017年6月至2019年6月收治的40例多节段腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为A、B两组,每组各20例。A组患者给予传统治疗方式,B组在A组基础上,给予经皮椎间孔镜配合骶管注射治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 B组的治疗有效率为100%(20/20),显著高于A组的80%(16/20),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。40例患者在治疗过程中,均未出现硬脊膜撕裂、神经根损伤及椎间隙感染等并发症。结论经皮椎间孔镜配合骶管注射治疗多节段腰椎间盘突出症具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症发生率低等特点,临床效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy(PTED)combined with sacral canal injection in the treatment of multiple lumbar disc herniation.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 40 cases of patients with multisegmental lumbar disc herniation who were admitted from June 2017 to June 2019.Patients were randomly divided into the Group A and Group B,with 20 cases in each group.Patients in Group A were given traditional treatment,while patients in Group B were given PTED combined with sacral tube injection on the basis of Group A.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate in Group B was 100%(20/20),which was significantly higher than that in Group A(80%,16/20),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).During the treatment,no complications such as dural tear,nerve root injury and intervertebral space infection occurred in all the 40 patients.Conclusion PTED combined with sacral canal injection in the treatment of multilevel lumbar disc herniation has the characteristics of small trauma,quick recovery,low complication rate and significant clinical effect.更多还原
