【摘要】 目的分析2017年广西居民吸烟情况,为制定广西控烟措施提供基础资料。方法按照中国控烟办的项目方案,使用全国统一的烟草标准问卷,采用多阶段分层复杂抽样的方法对15岁及以上的城乡常住人口进行调查。调查内容为居民的吸烟、被动吸烟、吸烟与疾病关系的认识等。结果 2017年,广西15岁及以上居民吸烟率为25.2%;男、女性吸烟率分别为48.7%和0.6%,差异有统计学意义;城市和农村居民分别为22.5%和28.3%,差异有统计学意义。吸烟率最高的年龄组为25～44岁;初中学历居民的吸烟率最高。听说过电子烟的比例为33.4%;现在使用电子烟的比例为1.1%。公众对"低焦油等于低危害"的认知最低(16.5%)。结论广西男性吸烟率处于较高水平,电子烟的使用形势不容忽视。居民戒烟意愿不容乐观,对吸烟与疾病关系认识不足,二手烟暴露情况严重。应采取有针对性的措施,有效地控制烟草的消费和被动吸烟,同时对电子烟缺乏监管的态势予以重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the status quo of smoking of residents in Guangxi in 2017,and provide a scientific basis on the measure of control tobacco in the future. Methods Strictly follow the project plan of China Tobacco Control Office and use the national unified tobacco standard questionnaire. Survey of urban and rural permanent residents aged 15 and over by multi-stage stratified complex sampling. The survey included residents’ smoking,passive smoking,and the relationship between smoking and disease. At the same time,a rigorous investigation of the entire process of quality control. Results In 2017,the smoking rate of residents aged 15 and above in Guangxi was 25.2%; the smoking rates of men and women were 48.7% and 0.6%,respectively,with significant difference; the rates of urban and rural residents were 22.5% and 28.3%,respectively,with statistically significant difference. The age group with the highest smoking rate was 25-44 years old,and the smoking rate of residents with junior high school education was the highest. The proportion of people who have heard of E-cigarette was 33.4%,and the proportion of using E-cigarette was 1.1%. The public’s cognition of "low tar equals low harm" was the lowest(16.5%). Conclusion The male smoking rate in Guangxi is at a high level,and the use of e-cigarettes should not be ignored. The residents’ willingness to quit smoking is not optimistic,and their knowledge of the relationship between smoking and disease is insufficient. We should take targeted measures to effectively control tobacco consumption and passive smoking,and pay attention to the lack of supervision of E-cigarette.更多还原
