六工位自动送料压片机设计与实现

【摘要】 设计了六工位自动送料避雷器芯片压片机,由伺服电机通过同步带降速增扭后驱动工作台转动,并在旋转到相应工位后停止几秒,进行加料和压铸作业。以台达DVP40EC PLC为控制器,发出脉冲驱动伺服电机,控制工作台的旋转角度,确保工位准确。自动称重单元对加料剂量进行控制(5.8±0.1 g)。芯片制作工艺为二次压铸,首先由10 t油压机进行压铸,然后工作台旋转,到下一工位后再由30 t油压机压铸,经两次压铸成型,完成避雷器芯片的制作。

【Abstract】 A six-station automatic feeding arrester chip presser is designed. The servo motor drives the working table to rotate through the synchronous belt to reduce speed and increase torsion. After rotating to the corresponding working station, it stops for a few seconds to carry out feeding and die-casting operations. Delta DVP40 EC PLC is used as the controller to send pulse to drive servo motor, control the rotation angle of the working table and ensure the accuracy of working position. The feeding function is controlled by the automatic weighing unit(5.8±0.1 g). The chip manufacturing process is secondary die-casting, which is firstly performed by a 10 t oil press, then rotated by the working table, and then die-casting by a 30 t oil press at the next station. After two die-casting molding, the production of the lightning arrester chip is completed.
