换能器布阵型式对超声清洗效果影响的研究

【摘要】 针对多个同频率换能器应用于超声清洗设备中的需求,研究了三角形、矩形、正方形共三种换能器布阵型式对超声清洗效果的影响。应用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对不同换能器布阵型式下的板声源特性进行结构动力学分析,确认换能器三角形布阵型式具有较大的振幅,并且振幅分布最为均匀。利用MATLAB软件对换能器三角形布阵型式的清洗槽声场分布进行数值分析,确认清洗具有可行性。通过浸泡式超声网板清洗试验,验证了换能器三角形布阵型式的清洗效果,建议超声清洗设备优先采用换能器三角形布阵型式。

【Abstract】 In response to the application of multiple transducers with same frequency in ultrasonic cleaning equipment,the influence of three types of transducer arrays including triangle,rectangle and square on the ultrasonic cleaning performance was studied. The ANSYS finite element analysis software was used to analyze the structure dynamics of the acoustic source characteristics under different transducer arrays,and it was confirmed that the triangular array of transducer had larger amplitude and the most uniform amplitude distribution. MATLAB software was used to numerically analyze the sound field distribution of the cleaning tank of the triangular array of transducer to confirm the feasibility of cleaning. The cleaning test of the immersed ultrasonic screen had verified the cleaning effect of the triangular array of transducer. It is recommended that the triangular array of transducer should be preferentially used in ultrasonic cleaning equipment.
