基于ANSYS Workbench软件的汽车盘式制动器轻量化研究
Lightweight Research on Automobile Disk Brake Based on ANSYS Workbench Software
【摘要】 以小型轿车前轮盘式制动器为研究对象,基于ANSYS Workbench软件进行轻量化研究。在研究中,建立了钳体和支架的有限元模型,并进行静力结构分析。分析结果表明,钳体和支架的刚度、强度满足要求。对钳体进行轻量化设计,采用低密度、高强度的铸造铝合金材料再次进行静力结构分析。分析结果表明,钳体的刚度、强度仍然在可控范围内,且钳体的质量减小至原来的37%。对钳体和支架进行模态分析,确认轻量化后钳体的模态频率有很大提高,降低了制动系统共振的可能性。
【Abstract】 Taking the front wheel disk brake of a small car as the research object,lightweight study was performed based on ANSYS Workbench software. In the study,the finite element models of the clamp body and the bracket were established,and the static structural analysis was carried out. The analysis results show that the rigidity and strength of the clamp body and the bracket can meet the requirements. During the lightweight design of the clamp body,low-density and high-strength cast aluminum alloy material was adopted while its static structure was analyzed again. The analysis results show that the stiffness and strength of the clamp body are still within the controllable range,and the mass of the clamp body is reduced to 37%. The modal analysis of the clamp body and the bracket confirms that the modal frequency of the clamp body has been greatly improved after lightweight design,which reduces the possibility of resonance of the brake system.
