倾向性评分匹配评估饮酒对育龄女性生殖系统疾病的影响及健康教育探析

【摘要】 目的探讨育龄妇女饮酒对生殖系统疾病的影响,有针对性开展健康教育。方法收集东莞市妇幼保健院进行产前检查育龄妇女的饮酒情况、基础资料、其他危险因素及生殖系统疾病情况。采用倾向性评分匹配方法,以基础资料为匹配条件,组成1:1配对研究,探讨饮酒对生殖系统疾病的影响。结果倾向性评分匹配共计配对404对,平均年龄27.883.677岁。采用1:1配对logistic回归,对其他潜在影响因素进行调整后,发现饮酒是卵巢囊肿(OR=8.000,95%CI:1.007-32.165)、阴道炎(OR=2.006,95%CI:1.294-3.108)、盆腔炎(OR=3.910,95%CI:1.097-13.943)、宫颈炎(OR=1.831,95%CI:1.290-2.600)的危险因素。结论饮酒会增加育龄女性罹患生殖系统疾病的风险,应该加强健康教育,降低饮酒率,促进生殖健康。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of alcohol consumption on reproductive system diseases in women of childbearing age and to carry out health education for them. Methods To collect the alcohol consumption, basic information, other risk factors and reproductive system diseases of women of childbearing age in antenatal care in Dongguan Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital. The 1:1 matching study was used to explore the effect of alcohol consumption on reproductive system diseases. The method of propensity score matching is adopted, and the basic data is taken as the matching condition. Results The propensity score matched a total of 404 pairs, with an average age of 27.883.677 years. After adjusting for other risk factors using 1:1 paired logistic regression, it was found that alcohol consumption was an a risk factors for oophoritic cyst(OR=8.000,95%CI:1.007-32.165),vaginitis(OR=2.006, 95% CI: 1.294-3.108), pelvic inflammatory disease(OR=3.910, 95% CI: 1.097-13.943) and cervicitis(OR=1.831, 95% CI: 1.290-2.600). Conclusion Alcohol consumption increases the risk of women suffering from reproductive system diseases. We should strengthen health education for them, reduce drinking rate and promote their reproductive health.
