【摘要】 全科医生是综合程度很高的复合型临床医学人才,是实现首诊在基层的关键所在,也是分级诊疗制度的核心人才。中国全科医学发展起步较晚,全科医生的培养体系尚不完善。如何建全相关制度、完善相关流程,建立符合我国国情的优质全科医师队伍,将成为未来医疗改革发展的重要环节。澳大利亚全科医学起步早,发展成熟,是其医疗体系的基石。澳大利亚有着全民医疗保健体系和成熟有效的全科医生培养制度对中国具有借鉴意义。文章简要介绍澳大利亚全科医学概况及全科医生培养模式,借鉴其成功经验,以期对我国全科医生培养提出切实可行的改进建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 General practitioners are compound talents with a advanced degree of comprehensive clinical medicine. They are the key to achieve the first diagnosis at the grass-roots hospital and the core of the hierarchical medical system. The development of general practice was too late and it has taken shape at present in China. However, the training system is not yet mature enough for the general practitioner. How to improve relevant system and processes and establish a team of general practitioners that suitable China’s national conditions will become an important link of the medical development in the future. Australian general practice has been the cornerstone of medical system since it was started early and now it is mature. Australia has a universal health care system and a mature and effective training system for general practitioners. This paper introduces the situation of general practice and the training mode of general practitioners in Australia, and draws lessons from its successful experience in order to put forward feasible suggestions for improvement of general practice training in China.更多还原
