【摘要】 目的研究输尿管软镜在经皮肾镜术后残石中的应用价值。方法选择2017年6月—2019年11月医院接诊的经皮肾镜术后残石病患74例,利用电脑随机双盲法划分成试验组、对照组,每组都有37例。试验组治疗时采取输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术,对照组采取体外冲击波碎石术。对比结石清除率、并发症发生率以及手术成功率。结果试验组结石清除率97.30%、手术成功率94.59%,明显比对照组78.38%、75.68%高,P <0.05。对于并发症发生率,试验组仅为2.70%,而对照组则高达21.62%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论于经皮肾镜术后残石中运用输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术,结石清除率与手术成功率都非常高,且并发症比较少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application value of ureteroscopy in residual stones after percutaneous nephroscopy. Methods From June 2017 to November 2019, 74 cases of post-percutaneous nephroscopy residual stone patients received by our hospital were divided into experimental and control groups by computer randomized double-blind method, with 37 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy, and the control group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy. The stone clearance rate, complication rate and operation success rate were compared. Results The stone clearance rate of the experimental group was 97.30%, the success rate of the operation was 94.59%, obviously higher than that of the control group(78.38%, 75.68%), P < 0.05. For the incidence of complications, the experimental group was only 2.70%, while the control group was as high as 21.62%, with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion The removal rate and success rate of ureteral soft endoscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in residual stones after percutaneous nephroscopy are very high, and the complications are relatively fewer.更多还原
