【Abstract】 Ultrasonic technology has been widely used in clinical anesthesia because of its safe, non-invasive, real-time, dynamic and visualization. Severe ultrasound is a new concept based on ultrasound technology. Severe ultrasound can not only be used as a routine evaluation method during perioperative period, but also can make up for the deficiency of other examinations in critical time. For severe patients, a dynamic assessment of multiobjective integration,which can be problem-oriented,can quickly and effectively make judgments and guide clinical work. With the introduction, promotion and popularization of the concept of severe ultrasound, the anesthesia discipline is an important branch of the clinical discipline, closely following the pace of new medical treatment and new technology, and it is duty-bound to protect patients. As an anesthesiologist, I am familiar with the basic concept of severe ultrasound. Mastering severe ultrasound technology is a basic requirement. It is imperative to strengthen the perioperative period of severe ultrasound technology for anesthesiologists.更多还原
