案例情景模拟教学法在急诊科实习带教中的应用

【摘要】 目的探讨案例情景模拟教学法在急诊科实习带教中的应用效果。方法选取72名2017年5月—2019年3月在本院急诊科实习的学生,随机分为观察组和对照组,各36名。对照组实施传统教学授课模式,观察组实施案例情景模拟教学模式,对两组教学效果进行对比。结果观察组实习生理论考核成绩、急救操作成绩均高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组实习生分析能力、评判思维能力、解决问题的能力、逻辑性等的评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论将案例情景模拟教学模式应用在急诊科实习带教中,能够有效提高实习生对理论知识的掌握能力和实践操作的能力,还能锻炼实习生在工作中的思维能力。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of case scenario simulation teaching method in the practice teaching of emergency department. Methods A total of 72 students who were interned in the emergency department of our hospital from May 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 36 in each group. The control group implemented the traditional teaching mode, and the observation group implemented the case scenario simulation teaching mode to compare the teaching effects of the two groups. Results The results of the theoretical assessment and the first-aid operation of the interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The scores of the analysis ability, judgment ability, problem-solving ability and logic of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.(P < 0.05). Conclusion Applying the case scenario simulation teaching mode to the practice teaching in the emergency department can effectively improve the interns’ ability to master the theoretical knowledge and the ability to practice, and can also train the interns’ thinking ability in the work.
