【摘要】 目的观察前列地尔联合注射用胰激肽原酶治疗糖尿病足的疗效。方法实验中60例早期糖尿病足患者均在2018年6月—2019年6月接受住院治疗,以隐匿随机数表法将患者分为对照组与研究组,对照组30例患者实施常规治疗,研究组30例患者增加前列地尔联合注射用胰激肽原酶治疗,两组对比指标选择:有效率、足背部功能指标、血脂指标以及并发症率。结果研究组治疗有效率较对照组提升20.00%,研究组足背动脉流速、踝肱指数均低于对照组,研究组血脂各项指标均低于对照组,研究组不良反应率较对照组下降16.67%,P<0.05。结论早期糖尿病足在治疗的过程中联合使用前列地尔联合注射用胰激肽原酶,可改善下肢循环,促进脂质代谢,降低足部并发症,整体治疗有效率提升显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of alprostadil combined with pancreatic kininogenase injection in the treatment of diabetic foot.Methods Experiments in 60 cases of early diabetic foot patients were from June 2018 to June 2019 was in the hospital treatment,to conceal the stochastic indicator method divided the patients into control group and research group,control group 30 cases of patients with implementation of conventional treatment,increase the front row,joint group 30 cases patients with pancreatic peptide enzyme treatment,two groups of contrast index selection:efficient,foot back function,blood lipids and complication rate.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 20.00%higher than that in the control group,the dorsal foot artery velocity and ankle brachial index in the study group were all lower than that in the control group,the indexes of blood lipid in the study group were lower than that in the control group,and the adverse reaction rate in the study group was 16.67% lower than that in the control group,P <0.05.Conclusion The combined use of prostol and pancreatic kininogen for injection in the treatment of early diabetic foot can improve the circulation of lower limbs,promote lipid metabolism,reduce foot complications,and improve the overall treatment efficiency,which is worthy of promotion.更多还原
