【摘要】 临床沟通技能专业理论学习与早期接触临床教育的整合是临床医学本科"5+3"背景下时代的呼唤,因此课题组在"5+3"整合课程背景下,探索临床沟通技能课和早期接触临床教育整合的必要性和实施模式。本课程通过前期理论基础研究、师资培训,借鉴国外先进的理论和实践方法,采用"多学期循环递进"的反复教学方式,旨在探索一套行之有效的在早期接触临床教育中融入沟通技能培训的方式和评估模式,使医学生在临床实习之前,掌握医患沟通技能的基本理论知识和核心沟通技巧,与患者进行恰当有效的沟通和交流,从而取得良好的实习效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The consolidation of clinical professional communication skills and early clinical experience is needed in the "5+3"Medical students’ consolidation course,so under the "5+3" background, we explored the teaching mode of the combination of clinical communication skills and early clinical experience. Based on advanced theory and method abroad, using "multiple semesters and cycle" teaching mode, we here presented a effective way of combination communication theory and skills, thus help students communicate with patients more effectively and achieved better intern results.更多还原
