Mini-CEX在内科住院医生培训中的应用
The Mini-CEX Application in Internal Medicine Residency Training
【摘要】 目的探讨Mini-CEX在内科住院医生培训中的应用价值。方法对27名住院医生应用Mini-CEX,其中评估主要项目有询问病史、基础检查、临床诊断、职业素质、组织能力、咨询技巧、临床能力等。现场让住院医生对患者进行查体与询问病史等检查,最后由授课教师评估。结果多数住院医生接受Mini-CEX,88.89%住院医生认为其可提高自身学习兴趣,确定学习目标;92.59%住院医生通过MiniCEX及时得到反馈,增强学习积极性;Mini-CEX可改变92.59%住院医生的思维能力、文化素养与组织能力,81.48%住院医生认为Mini-CEX培训效果高于出科考核;仅有11.11%住院医生认为MiniCEX增加学习负担,精神压力大。通过调查结果得知:66.67%授课教师认为Mini-CEX可帮助住院医生学习目标,改善学习兴趣;66.67%认为Mini-CEX及时得到反馈,提高授课教师机教学水平;50.00%认为提升住院医生的思维能力、文化素养与组织能力;50.00%认为观察时间12个月授课教师完成Mini-CEX评价法;50.00%认为MiniCEX培训效果高于出科考核;16.67%认为增加授课教师工作负担,精神压力大。结论对内科住院医生培训时选择Mini-CEX可提高其学习主动性与积极性,持续性完善自我个能能力针对实际工作中不足之处进行完善,保证内科治疗效果。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value of mini-cex in internal medicine residency training. Methods Mini-cex was applied to 27 resident doctors, among which the main assessment items were medical history inquiry, basic examination, clinical diagnosis, professional quality, organizational ability, consulting skills, clinical ability, etc. At the scene, residents were allowed to conduct physical examination and medical history examination of the patients, and finally the teacher was evaluated. Results Most of the residents accepted the mini-cex, and 88.89% of the residents believed that it could improve their interest in learning and determine learning objectives. 92.59% of residents received timely feedback through mini-cex to enhance learning enthusiasm; Mini-cex can change the thinking ability, cultural literacy and organizational ability of 92.59% of residents. 81.48% of residents believe that the training effect of mini-cex is better than the out-of-practice examination. Only 11.11% of the residents believed that mini-cex increased their study burden and mental stress. According to the survey results, 66.67% of the teaching teachers believe that minicex can help the learning objectives and improve the learning interest of the residents. 66.67% believe that the mini-cex can get feedback in time to improve the teaching level of teachers. To improve the thinking ability, cultural quality and organizational ability of residents; 50.00% believed that the observation time was 12 months and the teacher completed the minicex evaluation method. 50.00% believed that the training effect of minicex was higher than that of the examination; 16.67% believed that teachers’ work burden was increased and their mental pressure was high. Conclusion Choosing mini-cex in internal medicine training for resident doctors can improve their learning initiative and enthusiasm, continuously improve their personal ability, improve their deficiencies in practical work, and ensure the effectiveness of internal medicine treatment.
