【摘要】 目的探究与分析开胸手术治疗小儿膜周部室间隔缺损的强化护理对策观察。方法选取本院2015年6月—2019年6月收治的40例接受开胸手术治疗膜周部室间隔缺损患儿,采取随机数字表法分为常规组与强化组,每组各20例,常规组给予围术期常规护理对策,强化组在常规组基础上给予强化护理对策,对比两组围术期相关指标及并发症发生率。结果强化组与常规组相比气管插管时间较短、下床活动时间较短、住院时间较短、住院费用较少,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。强化组与常规组相比并发症发生率较低,组间差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将强化护理对策应用于开胸手术治疗膜周部室间隔缺损患儿过程中能够更好的确保手术的顺利进行,围术期指标较好,并发症发生率较低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore and analyze the intensive nursing countermeasures of thoracotomy in the treatment of perimentrial ventricular septal defect in children. Methods Forty children who were treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2019 were treated with thoracotomy for perimenembranial ventricular septal defect. The randomized digital table method was used to divide into the conventional group and the comprehensive group. The routine group was given perioperative routine nursing countermeasures, The intensive group provides intensive nursing countermeasures based on the conventional group, and the relative indexes and complication rates of perioperative period were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the conventional group, the tracheal intubation time was shorter, the time to get out of bed was shorter, the length of hospitalization was shorter, and the cost of hospitalization was lower in the comprehensive group than in the conventional group. The differences between the groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Compared with the conventional group, the incidence of complications was lower in the comprehensive group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Applying intensive nursing countermeasures to open thoracotomy for the treatment of children with periventricular septal defect can better ensure the smooth progress of the operation, the perioperative index is better, and the incidence of complications is lower.更多还原
