【摘要】 神经外科手术的基础在于神经解剖知识的融会贯通,以及手术操作技巧的娴熟运用。随着神经内镜技术的使用逐渐成为趋势,在规范化的专科医师培养过程中存在加强该项技术培训的实际需求。为了确保神经内镜手术的顺利实施,要求专科医师在掌握原有神经解剖知识、显微外科技术的基础上,进一步培训内镜的应用解剖和操作技能。因此,如何通过神经内镜手术教学模式的探索,对于培养合格的神经外科专科医师日显重要。医院近年来作为全国神经外科专科培训基地,针对专科医师培训神经内镜技术的培训采用阶梯式教学模式,在教学实践中却得了初步的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The basis of neurosurgical procedures is integration of neuroanatomy knowledge and skillful operation with surgical techniques. According to the trend of wide usage of neuroendoscopic technique, it calls high demanding of enhancement in the neurosurgical fellow training program. For assuring the achievevment of endoscopic surgery, the advanced training on practical anatomy and surgical skill under the endoscopy is essential for neurosurgical fellows on the top of anatomical knowledge and microsurgical techniques. Therefore, how to explore the education pattern of neuroendoscopic surgery becomes critical for training quanlified neurosurgeons. In our hospital, which is one of the certified national training center for neurosurgerical fellows, we used multistep education pattern in the training of neuroendoscopic techniques with preliminary results.更多还原
