MDT在乳腺专科医师继续教育中的应用研究
The Role of Multi-disciplinary Team(MDT) in the Continuing Education for Breast Disease Specialists
【摘要】 目的探究多学科诊治模式(multi-disciplinary team,MDT)在乳腺病专科医生继续教育中的应用效果。方法本项前瞻性研究通过浙江省抗癌协会乳腺癌专业委员会的平台,联合浙江省多家医院,采用网络MDT对乳腺癌相关病例进行定期讨论分析。结果五年来共开展300余场MDT讨论,为全省78家医院的乳腺病专科医师提供继续教育,累计参与专科医生超过13 000人次,相比于MDT开展前,乳腺癌的规范化诊疗得到全方面的提升;包括乳腺癌确诊手段、临床淋巴结评估、乳腺癌化疗时机及方案的选择等都较MDT开展前更规范更精准。结论 MDT这种专科化的继续教育形式实用可行。
【Abstract】 Objective Multi-disciplinary team(MDT) is a process by which multi-disciplinary experts work together to develop personalized treatment plans for patients. Methods Through the platform of Zhejiang Anti-cancer Association, this prospective study carries out regular discussion and analysis of breast cancer-related cases through online multi-disciplinary team(MDT). Results During the past five years, more than 300 MDT discussions have been carried out and more than 13 000 specialists have been involved, providing continuing education for breast disease specialists in 78 hospitals across the province, and promoting the standardized diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer in an all-round way. The choice of breast cancer diagnosis, clinical lymph node assessment, chemotherapy timing and program selection are more accurate than before MDT.Conclusion Practice has proved that MDT, a form of specialized continuing education, is practical and feasible.
