【摘要】 目的分析综合呼吸道护理在重症颅脑外伤患者中的临床效果及并发症分析。方法选择2018年1月—2019年1月本院收治80例重症颅脑外伤患者,按随机数表分为两组,对照组40例使用常规护理,研究组40例在对照组基础上采用综合呼吸道护理,对比两组患者临床效果及并发症。结果干预后,研究组患者住院时间(24.73±3.76)d和住院费用(9699.15±1227.48)元比对照组少(P <0.05);且研究组患者发生呼吸衰竭、坠积肺炎等并发症率5.00%低于对照组,差异比较具统计意义(P <0.05)。结论综合呼吸道护理应用于重症颅脑外伤患者中,可减少住院时间和住院费用,有效降低并发症率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effect and complications of comprehensive respiratory care in patients with severe craniocerebral trauma. Methods Eighty patients with severe craniocerebral trauma were enrolled in our hospital from January 20 to January 2019. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table. 40 patients in the control group received routine nursing care, and 40 patients in the study group were used on the basis of the control group. Comprehensive respiratory care, comparing the clinical effects and complications of the two groups of patients. Results After the intervention, the hospitalization time(24.73±3.76) d and hospitalization expenses(9699.15±1227.48) were lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05). The complication rate of respiratory failure and falling pneumonia occurred in the study group. 5.00% was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive respiratory care can be used in patients with severe craniocerebral trauma, which can reduce the length of hospital stay and hospitalization, and effectively reduce the complication rate.更多还原
