“MDT”式教学在临床带教中的作用探讨
Discussion on the Role of "MDT" in Clinical Teaching
【摘要】 医学生的培养是一个社会关注的问题,培养一名医学生需要消耗大量的社会和医疗资源。即使在相同的优质的教育教学环境下,培养出的医学生也良莠不齐。正是因为这种现象的存在,对于医学生的培养模式逐渐发生了改变:从传统的言传身教到多媒体教学;从PBL教学到CBL教学;从课堂教学到网络教学;从微课教学到慕课教学;教学方法和教学模式在不断升级、整合。找到一个对于医教双方都适合并且都感兴趣且效果好的方法,对于医学生的培养显得尤为重要。
【Abstract】 The cultivation of medical students is a problem of social concern. It needs a lot of social and medical resources to cultivate a medical student. Even in the same high-quality education and teaching environment, the trained medical students are also mixed. It is because of this phenomenon that the training mode of medical students has gradually changed: from traditional teaching by words and deeds to multimedia teaching; from PBL teaching to CBL teaching; from classroom teaching to network teaching; from micro class teaching to MOOC class teaching; teaching methods and teaching modes are constantly upgrading and integrating. It is very important for the cultivation of medical students to find a method which is suitable for and interested in both sides of medical education.
