CBL联合角色模拟在留学生骨科实习课教学的应用
Application of CBL Combined With Role Simulation Method in the Teaching of Orthopedic Practice for International Students
【摘要】 目的观察以病例为基础的教学法(CBL)联合角色模拟教学法在留学生骨科实习课教学中的效果。方法 2017年6月—2018年4月于本院骨科课间实习的80名留学生为研究对象,分为两组,A组中采用CBL联合角色模拟的教学方法,B组采用传统教学方法,比较两组学生考试成绩和满意度问卷评价。结果实施不同的教学方法后,在教学结束的考核中,A组同学的成绩优于B组的同学,且差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。在问卷调查中,A组的各个项目的满意人数都要多于B组,且差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 CBL联合角色模拟教学法能够在留学生骨科实习课教学中取得满意的效果。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of case-based learning(CBL) combined with role simulation method in the teaching of orthopedics practice for foreign students. Methods Eighty international students were selected and divided into two groups. Group A used CBL combined role simulation teaching method, and group B used traditional teaching method. The test scores and satisfaction questionnaires between the two groups were compared. Results The scores of group A were better than those of group B in the end of teaching, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). In the questionnaire survey, the number of satisfied students in each items was higher than that in group B, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The CBL combined role simulation teaching method can achieve satisfactory results in the teaching of orthopedics for international students.
