【摘要】 在深入实施创新驱动发展战略的背景下,高校职称评审政策发生了重大变化:在评审理念上强调服务经济社会发展,在成果形式上开始接纳非传统学术成果,在评审主体上扩大到非学术同行。从根本上讲,这些变化均是知识转型的必然要求。知识转型带来知识生产的价值取向从"求真"转向"求用",学术成果的形式从"写在纸上"转为"写在大地上",学术评价标准从基于"真伪"的"事实判断"扩展到基于应用的"价值判断"。实施创新驱动发展战略的理论基础是知识转型。展望未来,为进一步适应知识转型、支撑创新驱动发展战略,高校职称评审改革需要在理念上要进一步突出服务导向,在成果形式上要进一步扩大认定范围,在评审标准上要进一步强化非学术影响,在评审主体上要进一步扩大利益相关者的话语权。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,under the background of in-depth implementation of the strategy of driving development by innovation,a series of professional title evaluation reform documents have been promulgated from the central government to provinces and cities,and great changes have taken place in the policy of professional title evaluation in colleges and universities: emphasis on serving economic and social development in the concept of evaluation,acceptance of non-academic achievements in the form of results,and expansion to non-academic peers in the main body of evaluation.Fundamentally speaking,these changes are the inevitable requirements of knowledge transformation.Knowledge transformation brings the value orientation of knowledge production from "seeking truth" to "seeking usefulness".The form of academic achievements has changed from "written on paper" to "written on the ground",and the academic evaluation standard has expanded from "fact judgment" based on authenticity to "value judgment" based on application.The theoretical basis for implementing an innovation-driven development strategy is knowledge transformation.Looking forward to the future,in order to further adapt to the knowledge transformation and support the innovation-driven development strategy,the reform of professional title evaluation in colleges and universities needs to further highlight the service orientation in concept,further expand the scope of recognition in the form of results,further strengthen the non-academic influence in the evaluation standard,and further expand the voice of stakeholders in the subject of evaluation.更多还原
