潮汐灌溉频率对花椰菜幼苗生长的影响

【摘要】 以"瓯松60天"花椰菜为试材,设置顶部洒水灌溉和潮汐灌溉2种方式共4个处理,研究了不同处理对花椰菜生长发育、壮苗指数、生理变化、基质性状及耗水量的影响。结果表明:与顶部洒水灌溉处理(CK)相比,潮汐灌溉处理T1、T2和T3分别节水27.12%、47.98%和55.14%,并显著降低基质的电导率。T2处理的花椰菜幼苗高度适中、生长势强、光合速率、水分利用效率及根系活力显著高于其他处理。在试验所设置的处理中,潮汐灌溉高度2.5 cm、灌溉频率2 d/次可作为花椰菜潮汐灌溉育苗的参考指数。

【Abstract】 The cauliflower "Ou Song 60 days" was used as test material. The four treatments of top sprinkling irrigation and ebb and flow irrigation were set. The effects of different treatments on growth and development, seedling growth index, physiological changes, matrix properties and water consumption of cauliflower were studied. The results showed that compared with top sprinkling irrigation(CK), ebb and flow irrigation treatments of T1, T2 and T3 saved water by 27.12%, 47.98% and 55.14% respectively, and significantly reduced the conductivity of the substrate. Cauliflower seedlings treated with T2 had moderate height, strong growth potential, and photosynthetic rate, water use efficiency, root activity were significantly higher than other treatments. Among the treatments, ebb and flow irrigation with height of 2.5 cm and the frequency of 2 d/time, could be used as a reference index for cauliflower seedling.
