燕麦籽粒的营养品质及其相关性分析

【摘要】 选取适宜河南省豫中地区种植的25个燕麦品种,分析了燕麦籽粒中β-葡聚糖、蛋白质、常量元素磷、钾、钙及微量元素铁、锰、铜、锌含量及其相关性。结果表明:不同燕麦品种间籽粒中β-葡聚糖、蛋白质及矿质元素含量均存在差异,其中钙含量的差异最大,变异系数为26.96%;钾、蛋白质及β-葡聚糖含量相对较稳定,变异系数依次为7.56%、9.53%、11.97%;磷及微量元素含量的变异系数居中。β-葡聚糖与蛋白质及矿质元素含量均无显著相关性,但锌与蛋白质、锰、铁、铜含量呈显著正相关,铁与锰、铜含量也呈显著正相关,说明锌与蛋白质及铁含量可同时提高,在燕麦农业生产中应注重锌肥的施用。

【Abstract】 Twenty-five oat varieties were collected from the central region of Henan Province, to evaluate the concentrations and correlation of β-glucan, protein, major elements(phosphorus, potassium and calcium) and trace elements(iron, manganese, copper and zinc). The results indicated that variation for β-glucan, protein and mineral elements existed among different cultivars. The Calcium content had the largest variation coefficient, which was 26.96%. The contents of potassium, protein and β-glucan were relatively stable. The variation coefficient was 7.565%, 9.53% and 11.97% respectively. The variation coefficient of contents of phosphorus and trace elements was middle. There were no significant correlations among β-glucan, protein and mineral elements contents. The correlations among zinc, protein, manganese, iron and copper contents were positive. There were significantly positive correlations among iron, manganese and copper. So, zinc, protein and iron contents were increased at the same time. The reasonable application of zinc fertilizer should be emphasized in oat agricultural production.
