【Abstract】 Facing of the downslope of cotton planting area and the shrinking of cotton industry in Jiangxi region,where is the outlet of a provincial cotton professional research institute?Through analyzing the development process of the research institute,the author puts forward closely around the developm-ent objectives of "it has status in Jiangxi and has influence in the whole country" is unshakable,Adhering to the principle of "taking learning as the foundation,doing as the body,incorruptibility as the guard ",following the development idea of "Renovation can maintain stability,transforming can promote production,innovating can strengthen science and technology,developing can gather talents and demonstrating can increase power".The practical results showe that the institute achieved the achievement of breaking the situation and relieving difficulties in 2018 and entering the development catch-up in 2019.更多还原
