黄秆乌哺鸡竹根际与非根际土壤微生物群落结构分析
Analysis of soil microbial community structure in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil of Phyllostachys vivax f. aureocaulis
【摘要】 以江西省林业科学院竹子园的黄秆乌哺鸡竹作为研究对象,运用高通量测序方式分析并比较黄秆乌哺鸡竹林地根际与非根际土壤微生物群落组成。结果表明:通过OTUs水平及Alpha多样性指数可发现黄秆乌哺鸡竹林地根际土壤细菌丰富度及群落多样性高于非根际土壤,根际土壤真菌多样性高于非根际土壤,而丰富度低于非根际土壤。竹林根际土壤与非根际土壤细菌在门、纲水平组分及构成比例差异不显著,在目水平竹林根际土壤与非根际土壤细菌构成比例开始出现显著差异。根际土壤与非根际土壤真菌在纲分类水平开始,构成比例开始出现显著差异。其中鹅膏科在竹林地土壤(根际及非根际)中占比远高于非竹林土壤,曲霉菌属、青霉菌属在竹林根际土壤占比高于非根际土壤,Chaetosphaeria、Verruconis为竹林土壤的特有菌属。
【Abstract】 Taking the Phyllostachys vivax f. aureocaulis in bamboo garden of Jiangxi Academy of Forestry as the research object,high-throughput sequencing method was used to analyze and compare the composition of rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil microbial communities of Ph. vivax f. aureocaulis. The results show that according to OTUs level and Alpha diversity index, the bacterial community richness and diversity of rhizosphere soil in bamboo forest were higher than that in non-rhizosphere soil, and the fungal community diversity in rhizosphere soil was higher than that in non-rhizosphere soil, but the richness was lower than that in non-rhizosphere soil. There was no significant difference in the composition and component ratio between rhizosphere soil and non-rhizosphere soil bacteria in bamboo forest at the level of phylum and class, but there was a significant difference in the component ratio between rhizosphere soil and non-rhizosphere soil bacteria at the level of order. The component ratio of rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil fungi began to show significant difference at the level of class. Among them, the proportion of Amanita in the soil(rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere) of bamboo forest was much higher than that in non-bamboo forest, the proportion of Aspergillus and Penicillium in rhizosphere soil was higher than that in non-rhizosphere soil,Chaetosphaeria and Verruconis are endemic to soil of bamboo forest.
