步进电机智能控制系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 利用AT89C51单片机、ULN2003驱动器和步进电机模块等构成步进电机硬件系统,结合软件系统构成执行机构,该机构实现智能控制测量。软件采用C语言编写,根据所需的功能划分模块,每个模块由对应的函数完成,运用面向对象的方法根据所需功能调用模块。步进电机系统在程序的控制下可精确地带动平台转动,避免人为手动误差,提高测量精度。实验结果表明,待测玻璃的折射测量,其不确定度为0.001。

【Abstract】 The hardware system of stepping motor was composed of AT89 C51 single chip microcomputer, ULN2003 driver and stepper motor module. The actuator was composed of software system, which realized intelligent control and measurement. The software was written in C language and divided into modules according to the required functions. Each module was completed by the corresponding function, and the module was called according to the required function by the object-oriented method. Under the control of the program, the stepper motor system can accurately move the platform, avoid manual error and improve the measurement accuracy. The experimental results show that the uncertainty of refraction measurement is 0.001.
