一种贴装实验平台的设计与实现

【摘要】 设计并搭建了一个贴装实验平台,用于贴片机关键技术的研究。由基础平台控制器DVP-20PMOOM和贴装头控制器PMC-20MT-3构成的控制系统,能够实现基础平台的原点回归、三轴独立运动和三轴联动。同时,基础平台与贴装头的协同运作,完成吸取和贴装功能。进行了基础平台原点回归精度测试、基础平台定位精度测试和贴装平台整体运行性能测试,测试结果验证了设计的有效性。

【Abstract】 A mounting experimental system was designed and constructed to research the key technology of the chip mounter. The control system for the basic platform controller DVP-20 PMOOM and the mounting head controller PMC-20 MT-3 were developed respectively. Two order origin regression of the basic platform, independent motion along each Cartesian coordinate axis and three-axis linkage motion to be achieved. Meanwhile the mount head functions well for fetching and mounting elements, through collaboration with the basic platform and the mounting head. The experimental results of regression tests, the position accuracy tests and the whole running performance verify the effectiveness of the design.
