吸摘式水果采摘包装一体机的设计

【摘要】 针对高枝水果采摘作业复杂、季节性强,人工采摘效率低、劳动量大并且易损伤果实的问题,设计了一款吸摘式柔性水果采摘包装一体机。介绍了一体机的结构组成和工作原理,并对采摘机构和包装机构等关键部件的设计进行了说明。该一体机能够辅助人工进行柔性采摘,降低了采摘阶段和初次运输阶段的伤果率,并自动完成网袋包装,节省了人力物力,具有广阔的应用前景。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems of complex picking operation, strong seasonality, low efficiency of manual picking, large amount of labor and easy damage of high-branch fruit, an integrated machine of adsorptive flexible fruit picking and packaging was designed.The structure and working principle of the integrated machine were introduced, and the design of key components such as picking mechanism and packaging mechanism was explained.The integrated machine can assist manual flexible picking, greatly reduce the rate of fruit injury in the picking stage and the initial transportation stage, and automatically complete the bag packing, saving manpower and material resources, and has broad application prospects.
