拉杆箱平底万向轮振动分析

【摘要】 移动平稳性和转向灵活性是拉杆箱万向轮两个最主要的评价指标。建立了2种万向轮的数学模型(转轴式和拨盘式)并对其进行力学分析,借助ADAMS虚拟实验平台进行动力学仿真分析,研究不同万向轮结构对拉杆箱在行进过程中其平稳性和灵活性的影响。结果显示,在荷重相同的条件下,转轴式万向轮转动在越障行进过程中更为平稳;在相同频率下,波盘式万向轮受振动发出的噪声更大,但波盘式万向轮转向灵活性明显优于转轴式万向轮。

【Abstract】 Mobile stability and steering flexibility are the two most important evaluation indexes of luggage universal wheel. The mathematical models of two kinds of universal wheels were established and the mechanical analysis and dynamic simulation analysis were also carried out. Based on ADAMS virtual experiment platform, dynamic simulation analysis was carried out to study the influence of different universal wheel structures on the stability and flexibility of luggage in the course of traveling. The results show that bearing the same load, the shaft-type wheel rotates more smoothly, and its vibrating noise is smaller than that of ball-bearing type wheel at the same frequency. However, the steering flexibility of ball-bearing type wheel is much better.
