【摘要】 消费转型下中小城市老字号发展遇到瓶颈,产业集聚数字化有助于改变老字号发展窘境内因、缓解企业发展窘境外因。但是目前中小城市老字号集聚区构建政策导向比较模糊,产业集聚数字化处于探索阶段。基于物理集聚和虚拟集聚理念融合,传统文化、技艺传承和拓展创新融合,以及文化、商业和旅游融合原则,从打造老字号集聚电商平台、构建老字号公共服务平台、搭建老字号产品追溯平台、形成文商旅融合数字化互动平台、助推老字号企业管理数字化等层次,探讨消费转型下中小城市老字号产业集聚数字化模式演绎,并从系统管理、发展专项基金、人才引进与培养、价值预警、管理创新和产权保护等角度提出了中小城市老字号产业集聚数字化建设的长效支持机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of consumption transition, the development of time-honored brands in small and medium-sized cities has encountered bottlenecks. The digitization of industrial agglomeration is helpful to change the internal causes and alleviate the external causes of the development dilemma of time-honored brand enterprises. The evaluation of the practice of time-honored brand industrial agglomeration shows that the policy orientation of the construction of time-honored brand industrial agglomeration areas in small and medium-sized cities is relatively vague, and the digitization of industrial agglomeration is in the exploration stage. Based on the principles of integration of physical agglomeration and virtual agglomeration concepts, integration of traditional culture, technology inheritance and expanding innovation, integration of culture, commerce and tourism, the digitization deduction of the time-honored industrial agglomeration mode is discussed in the paper in small and medium-sized cities, under the consumption transition from following dimensions: create an time-honored e-commerce platform, build a time-honored public service platform, build a time-horned product trace-ability platform, form a digital interactive platform for cultural and business travel, and help digital management of time-honored enterprises. The long-term effect support mechanism for the digital construction of time-honored brand industrial agglomeration in small and medium-sized cities is put forward, from the perspectives of system management, special fund for development, talent introduction and training, value early warning, management innovation and property rights protection.更多还原
